Instead, we opt to run to friends or our family when we need to be rescued. But these people, they sometimes fail us. Even beyond their will, they fall short in helping us to get out of our problems and pain.  We placed our confidence to the wrong people who can abandon us when we need them most. They die, they leave or even worst you become least of their priorities. But God, who we often neglect is right there with you. He is right beside you on your happiest and most glorious days. He is even more present when your pain is greater. He is right there beside you and He is waiting to be called. He wants to rescue you, to ease your pain. He wants to comfort every trembling veins in your body. He wants to give calmness and security in your heart. But he can’t do that if you won’t allow Him. You need to let him in, into your heart and into your life. He would be very glad to hold you in His arms. You can cry to Him. You don’t know how much joy He must have if you do that. You are free to hug Him back. You can cry all you want. No time limit for He will never get tired of hearing your pains. Remember, you are His beloved, His precious one. When He sees that your in pain, His pain becomes greater for He never wants to see us with a broken heart, feeling miserable. Did you forget that with the great love He has for you He sacrificed His one and only son in exchange for your life. You did not asked for that and yet He still does. That’s how much He loves you. He even knows every strands of your hair. I mean who would care enough to know that my dear? Only Him. So never doubt His love for you.

The next time your hearts gets broken. Run for Him! Place your heart in Him!

Because he promised to never leave you and to provide for you. he promised to give you strength so you could get through from whatever is troubling or hurting you. He promised that when we sin all we need is ask for his forgiveness. His grace is sufficient enough to cover all wrongs. He only asked that we trust in him with all our heart for He will take care of the rest.

l         Is to remind us that no matter how awful we become as His child he would always, always let us run to him. He will not shove in our face the wrong things that we`ve done but instead He let us cry in His arms until all the tears run dry.

l         Is to find the answers when we doubt about ourselves, our faith, our commitment and our relationship to Him.

l         Is to realize that when we feel like we are drifting away from Him. He gives us more reason to stay.

Time and again, I go back to thinking that God should give me more than what I have subconsciously. I know and aware that I have a good life because I am lucky and blessed enough to eat more than three times a day. I own the gadgets that I want. I dress decently.. materialistically I am not struggling nor feel that I am being deprived.

What I don’t ask but expect for too much is love from my fellow human being. I wanted to be loved in a way that when I want them beside me, i could be with them in that instant moment. I was craving for love but felt that I’m not getting them. I was expecting for too much and I was asking that love from the wrong person. and when they can’t give me what I want, I opt for withdrawing from them.

I was rearranging, trying to control what should be given to me. My heart was coveted and snatched away from my maker. I have put my trust to earthly things.

How many times have you reminded me that with your love I should be contented? Many times Lord. I hate to say that I am just a human being and I am weak. It is not an excuse and a good reason to falter. Why do I keep on forgetting? Why am I so easily swayed with my own desire?

This weakness. I don’t want them Lord! remove it from my heart. Replace it with new desire and let that desire become you Lord. Help me to rise up. To desire to make your name known. Make my heart to desire of your love and nothing else. Let me glorify your name in everything that I do. Lord, remove this unnecessary thoughts within me.

This reminds me of the people who serves as an instrument to lead me closer to God.

Lord, I want to thank you for sending your son Jesus Christ to save this nation. It wasn’t easy to sacrifice someone that you deeply love and yet you did. I pray that this nation will realize how blessed they are for having a God like you.

Lord, Let this life become an instrument to lead lost soul in your presence. Let me be encourage every time that this life that I have, this life that you have given and preserved will only glory your name. Let your name be heard and be known throughout the whole world.
